Care

Can my item be washed?

All garments and bags are hand-washable via dab and soak. No machine washing as this will cause the removal of knots and the unraveling of material.

How to keep my bags structure?

Ideally, keep your handbags free standing and your crossbody bags hanging  up <3 

Production

How are the garments made?

All items are handmade by myself in London, mostly using crochet techniques.

What materials do I use?

Mostly recycled yarns that are 99% cotton, 1% elastic - to give fantastic hold and shape as well as a bit of stretch to fit everyone <3 other yarns / materials are either scrap, donated or 'waste' materials that I have made into a workable yarn.

Can I order a custom? 

Yes! I take custom orders via email (using the contact form) or insta!

Shipping

What shipping provider do you use?

I always use Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked, unless you need your order faster message me on insta and I will use 24 hour / prioritise your order.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Normally, my production time is between 3-5 days. After postage, 2 days. If there are any delays / you need your order quicker - please email or dm me!

Returns

Unfortunately, due to the time taken to make each item and the cost of materials - i am unable to take returns.

HOWEVER, I do offer a exchange policy and I am very happy to make your order in other shades / styles if you receive an item you are unhappy with.
